As part of the role:
Managing a team of employees.
Recruiting, retaining and developing employees.
Moving towards goals and providing customer service.
Managing the sales floor.
Managing store revenue and meeting network goals.
Managing the profit and loss unit, including managing the hours budget.
Managing the store’s visibility.
Building an annual work plan for the store.
